Gangwhoo x Thanh Nien Newspaper and the Women’s Union. On August 28, 2024, the charitable team from Gangwhoo Cosmetic Hospital, in collaboration with Thanh Niên Newspaper and the Women’s Union of Go Vap & Cu Chi districts, delivered 200 gift packages to families in need.
The “Sharing Love – Joining Hands to Help” charity initiative continues to be actively promoted by Gangwhoo Cosmetic Hospital, spreading its reach across various districts and counties in Ho Chi Minh City.

On August 28, Gangwhoo organized the distribution of 200 meaningful gift packages to women facing difficult circumstances. This practical action demonstrates the hospital’s care and responsibility towards the community.
Each gift package included essential food items and 200 envelopes, each containing 200,000 VND, for families in Củ Chi and Gò Vấp districts. Though small, these gifts carry immense love, providing warmth and motivation for women to overcome life’s challenges.

During our visit to the Women’s Union in various districts, we were deeply moved by the enthusiastic turnout of the residents at the distribution site. This further strengthens our belief in the charitable actions that the hospital strives to carry out daily.
Founder Lê Hiền shared heartfelt words with the community: “These gifts represent the collective love of Gangwhoo Cosmetic Hospital staff, especially the heartfelt contributions of our clients. I am here merely as a representative to deliver these gifts to you. We hope these gifts bring you health and a better life in the near future.”
Founder Lê Hiền also emphasized the continuation of charitable activities in the future, promising to return with Tet gifts for the community during the upcoming Lunar New Year, hoping to bring joy and warmth to the people of Go Vap and Cu Chi.
Following this meaningful charity event, the hospital will continue to distribute the remaining 200 gift packages to residents in Nhà Bè and Tân Bình districts on August 30, 2024.

He completed his medical studies in 1989, followed by specialized training in urology and a master's degree in urology.
He received training in organ transplantation (kidney) surgery in Guangzhou, China in 2002, at the University of Liège, Belgium in 2007, and in kidney-pancreas transplantation surgery in 2014.
He also trained in endoscopic urology surgery in Taiwan, China in 2009.
He pioneered the non-surgical ultrasound-guided aspiration of kidney cysts, successfully performing the first case with just a small needle to aspirate all the fluid from the cyst.
- He is a member of several professional associations, including the Vietnam Urology and Nephrology Association, the Ho Chi Minh City Dialysis Association, the Vietnam Society of Sexual Medicine, and the Ho Chi Minh City Pelvic Floor Society.
He has conducted numerous research projects and received awards in the field of urology and nephrology, such as complications in urology after kidney transplantation, surgical complications after kidney transplantation, the necessity of placing JJ stents in ureteral reimplantation in living donor kidney transplant patients, the role of omentectomy in CAPD catheter placement surgery in end-stage renal disease patients, treatment of post-renal acute kidney injury, outcomes of graft placement for hemodialysis, kidney transplantation in grafts with vascular anomalies in living donors, studies on factors affecting urological complications in living donor kidney transplantation, urological complications related to the Lich-Gregoir ureteral reimplantation technique after living donor kidney transplantation, outcomes of modified Lich-Gregoir ureteral reimplantation in living donor kidney transplant patients, and clinical and subclinical characteristics of urolithiasis after kidney transplantation.
